Yesterday’s film sparked renewed thoughts about why the world is the way it is.thou
That is, we have a situation when an adult man in a family somewhere meets a young girl (of legal age, respectively), and has an interest in her. In most pictures and examples, this is primarily a sexual interest. But what is it based on? The desire to continue the family? I think not, because the goal in itself is not to become the “father of the year”, but simply to have sex with a pretty person. Maybe it is an inner desire to have beautiful offspring, hoping that they will look like this same girl? In general, how does the world work? That is, girls dream that their child from a man would look like a man, and a man, that the child would look like a girl who will give birth to a child?
Sometimes it seems that I am trying to look for some high matters where they simply do not exist. Because there are simply instincts according to which we always desire something good. Here it is appropriate to recall Fight Club, or rather the quote:
“If it’s your first time in fight club, you have to fight. I knew that and I chose it because my insomnia was back and I wanted to destroy something beautiful.”
So, maybe it’s just a desire to destroy something beautiful? This was beautifully shown in the film, when the girl who presents herself as “experienced” turns out to be a virgin, and the main character comes to his senses and realizes that he doesn’t want to be the same “first” who will remain in the girls memory. But the film only shows the point of view of its authors. And I’m more interested in why this happens in real life? Is there any mechanism by which this perception can be prevented? Because I don’t like trying on all these thoughts in relation to myself, and realizing that you have approximately the same perception.
Being in society, you come across a lot of people around you. How to make everyone be perceived neutrally? Sometimes you are scared of the thoughts that arise in your head and it would be better for no one to know about them. Because you perceive yourself as wrong, although it is difficult to find out how the brain of certain people works in similar situations, because, suddenly, the same? But what does it change?
This doesn’t spoil my interaction with people or anything, it’s just that with my perception of the world it always seems like you need to “change the firmware” to be like… you should be? And what should you be? I guess I’ll never give myself an answer to this question, because even when you change something in yourself, about half of it you change because of some external factors, not because of yourself. I’m just trying to find myself in that form when the inner “I” finally calms down.
