When the streets are silent, the underground will speak!
The composition was very touching. It talks about people who were thrown out of their home and imposed their own rules. In general, the song is about Crimea and people who, despite mass repressions and arrests, even 11 years after the occupation, do not give up and speak out against the occupation. I will add a literal translation of the text so that the essence of the song is clear:
[Verse 1]
We are the voice that echoes through the walls
Sometimes it trembles, sometimes it breaks
Even if the throat tears, dirt and buckshot
We are the voice that is thanks and in spite
[Chorus]
We are the voice that echoes through the walls
Except for shouting
There is so little left
It chokes the spirit in the ruins
But still we will not be silent
While evil approaches
[Losing]
We are the voice
We are the voice
We are the voice
We are the voice
We are the voice
We are
We are
We are
We are
[Verse 2]
Substitution of concepts will not change the essence
Truth is bought, but not sold
Loaded ethers, you can’t get comfortable with frequencies
When the screens are quiet, the streets will speak
When it’s clear in the head, there are no contradictions
When the sun unmasks, the night is an ally
In favourable conditions, madness grows
When the streets are silent, the underground will speak
We will see and so on everything we need to know
When our ears hear well, birds may not sing
However, annoying singing is very rarely tolerated
So a cage is built for each bird
A cage can be filled, closed
Insulate in concrete, drown
But there is no room in any prison
When they all fall silent, we will speak!
[Chorus]
We are the voice that echoes through the walls
Except to scream
So little remains
Suffocates the spirit in the ruins
But still we will not be silent
While evil approaches”
